How to choose an investment

HOW TO CHOOSE AN INVESTMENT

do you have money, property or any general resource that you would like to invest inorder to turn in moreprofit but do not seem to know where to turn to? or simply cannot choose between the numerous options sitting with you on the table?. Then stop right there, take a deep breath clear your mind of all side attractions and bothering thoughts, then continue reading.

Investment is more than just seeking a new source of income, it is about choosing a steady, improving and beneficial source of income that will be vital to both you and everyone else involved from both sides of the system.

What you desire is success from any line of busness or investment you may want to throw your money into, but hold it first in your hands tightly, don't throw yet. consider the following questions and the answers you can give to them.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS INVESTMENT?:

Your opiniion of an investment greatly matters, perharps even more when you have a past experience or connection with it. If you feel that an investment or business line is a waste of resources, time and skill, well, run. You cannot hope to achieve success in a line of business that you feel is boring, unproductive or otherwise utter rubbish, because once you have such a feeling about it, you have a negative emotional or logical connection with it and therefore will have a tendency to get frustrated and hopeless at the slightest hint of bad times which in every business is inevitable, be positive and be completely confident in every business line before you go into it.

DO YOU LOVE THAT BUSINESS?:

This is most similar to the first question and carries the same consequences for defaulters, but the major difference between them isthat here, you do need to enjoy doing this and doing it again. Let me drop an instance. Quite some time ago in may 2011, i was always thinking about starting up an online business where i tutor and lecture people on different ways to actually succeed in life, because i would walk out to the street and see people wasting away doing nothing at all, sometimes, the better ones would set up a kiosk, thn sit around all day doing nothing, unless you count gossiping, it pained me greatly because there is a whole world of possibilities waiting to be exploited, how can one hope to succeed without learning to be a crative thinker, and turn oppurtunities to their advatage?.

Now, no disrespect to the ones who only own a little kiosk, but consider this for a while, someone sets up a kiosk, sits for the entire day and occasionally rising to attend to a customer, at the end of the day, they would only make a profit of say N400 the entire day and then spend it all on food, how then do you expect to improve? You have 24 hours in a day, why not channel the moments used in gossiping into thinking of better ways to improve. So this was my inspiration, driven by the need to try to change people. I developed an unwavering emotion towards that, and it served me and i improve daily both in income and skill, i make four figure incomes daily most days. You should always go for the things you love, it is the winning formular.

HAVE YOU DONE YOUR HOMEWORK?:

All businesses have both upsides and downsides, and all businesses have strenght and weaknesses, your job is to dig deep, find all those areas, learn to deal with them, A famous saying that success "is finding a need and fixing it" is applicable here. You have to know the following;

* does your business have more upsides than downsides?

* can you deal with the downsides?

* how profitable is that business?

* do you have what it takes to invest in it?

* Can you handle losses in that department?

And when you have gotten answers to that, you will know whether that investment is right for you.

Finally, you need to be brave and make your choices according to your strenghts, do not be over-enthusiastic or too cautious, just pick out your business from the answers you get from this questions and watch your investment sky-rocket.
